Refund Policy — Vectis Learning

Digital courses and downloads (PDFs, quizzes, video walkthroughs)

Because our courses and cheat sheets are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Refund window: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Eligibility: Refunds are available if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content (e.g. fewer than 2 of the first 10 chapters, or you have not downloaded the cheat sheet).
• How to request: Email blegalludec03@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Not eligible for refund: Purchases where the majority of the content has already been viewed or downloaded, or requests made after the 7-day window.

We reserve the right to assess refund requests outside these guidelines on a case-by-case basis, particularly where a genuine technical issue prevented access to the product.

1:1 tutoring sessions

• Cancellations or rescheduling: Made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session are free of charge and can be rebooked via Calendly at no cost.
• Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or missed sessions ("no-shows"), are non-refundable.
• Free trial session: Our first 30-minute session is offered at no cost and carries no refund obligation, as no payment is taken.
• Dissatisfaction with a paid session: If you feel a paid session did not meet a reasonable standard, contact us within 48 hours and we will review the matter in good faith — this may result in a partial credit toward a future session, assessed case by case.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded. If our courses or tutoring services fail to meet a consumer guarantee (for example, are not fit for purpose or not provided with due care and skill), you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy regardless of the terms above.
